Inside WarmLegency's GTM Engineer Training Program

See exactly how WarmLegency builds revenue-ready GTM Engineers — from GTM fundamentals to Warmly.ai signal mastery, Clay enrichment, and live client projects.

Inside WarmLegency's GTM Engineer Training Program

The GTM Engineer role is new enough that most companies don't know how to hire for it, and most candidates don't know how to train for it. There is no university degree for it. No standard certification. No clear career path. That is the gap WarmLegency was built to close.

Our Philosophy: Practitioners, Not Students

Most training programs teach tools. We teach outcomes. Before an engineer ever opens Warmly.ai or Clay, they need to understand why the workflow they are building matters — what problem it solves, how it connects to pipeline, and how to measure whether it worked.

Module 01: GTM Foundations and Revenue Architecture

Every WarmLegency engineer starts here regardless of background. We teach the complete B2B SaaS GTM motion — from demand generation through closed-won to expansion. Engineers learn ICP definition, pipeline stages, RevOps data architecture, and how to run a bottleneck audit with a revenue team.

Module 02: Warmly.ai Signal Orchestration

Our deepest specialization. Engineers learn to identify and act on high-intent buying signals: website visits from target accounts, job changes, funding events, and technographic shifts. They design real-time workflows that route those signals into Slack alerts, automated CRM updates, and triggered sales sequences.

Module 03: Clay Mastery

Clay is the power tool of modern GTM. Engineers build multi-step enrichment workflows, AI-powered research tables, waterfall data logic, and hyper-personalized outbound at scale — without a data team. This module is entirely hands-on with real tables, real data sources, and real AI columns from day one.

Module 04: AI Workflow Automation and Orchestration

Engineers learn to connect all GTM systems and build reliable, scalable multi-step workflows using Zapier, Make, and Workato. They also integrate Claude AI and GPT-4 directly into live workflows to generate summaries, classify leads, draft outreach, and make routing decisions automatically.

Module 05: CRM, Sales Engagement, and Conversation Intelligence

Engineers become fluent in the full execution stack: Salesforce data models and flows, HubSpot workflows, AI-triggered sequences in Salesloft and Outreach, and routing Gong and Sybill conversation intelligence back into live workflow logic.

Module 06: Live Client Projects and ROI Measurement

Before placement, every engineer completes at least two live client projects — building actual workflows, measuring actual results, and graduating with a documented portfolio of working automations with proven ROI.

The Standard Before Placement

Every engineer must pass a final competency review: Can they diagnose a GTM bottleneck in 30 minutes? Build a Warmly.ai signal workflow independently? Build a Clay enrichment table with AI personalization from scratch? Connect two GTM systems with a documented automation? Present results in business terms, not technical ones? If the answer to any of these is no, they do not ship.

WarmLegency GTM Engineer placements start at $75K per client — trained on Warmly.ai, Clay, and the full AI automation stack, ready to deliver from day one.
